The Falling In Series
The Falling In Series
Autumn’s Invitation to Reflect, Receive, and Release
As the leaves turn and the air begins to cool, nature calls us inward. Autumn is the season of descent — a sacred invitation to slow down, to let go of what no longer serves, and to prepare our inner ground for rest and renewal. The Falling In Series is a 4-part microdosing journey designed to support this transition with reverence, embodiment, and community.
Each session combines the subtle amplification of a psilocybin microdose with practices that invite surrender, softness, and presence. Through breathwork, movement, stillness, creativity, and touch, we will explore what it means to fall inward — into our bodies, into silence, into faith, and into trust.
You are welcome to attend individual sessions or journey through the full arc of the series. Each gathering is a doorway inward — a space to reflect, receive, and release alongside others doing the same.
Each evening will include:
-
Intention setting and gentle community introductions
-
Guided meditation (7-10 minutes) to open the internal space
-
Dosing with psilocybin microdose (optional; sold separately)
-
Quiet inward reflection & journaling (30–45 minutes post-dosing)
-
Weekly immersive practice (see below)
-
Integration sharing (optional) as we close
Week 1 – October 16Theme: Sound as Prayer
Practice: Sound Healing
This week, we move beyond words and into vibration. The meditation invites you to open the inner ear and listen deeply — to the sounds around you, within you, and beyond you — receiving them as prayers from the unseen.Week 2 – October 23
Theme: The Breath of Belonging
Practice: Breathwork + Yin Yoga
As we begin, we root into the body and connect with the breath as our first teacher. This week’s meditation guides participants into the safety of the present moment, offering the breath as a companion for surrender and trust.Week 3 – October 30
Theme: Trust and Touch
Practice: Partnered Thai Massage
Through conscious touch, we explore the art of receiving support. This week’s meditation centers on softening control, cultivating trust, and allowing others to hold us — a tender reflection of interdependence and vulnerability.Week 4 – November 6
Theme: The Sacred Expression
Practice: Guided PaintingAs fall invites us inward and the long nights of winter approach, it’s important to keep our creative spark alive. This final gathering is all about joy, play, and the freedom to create without pressure. Through meditation and guided painting, we’ll release old stories and give ourselves permission to laugh, explore, and simply have fun with color and expression — no perfection required, just the joy of letting what’s inside spill out onto the canvas.
