The City approached the Chamber to bring businesses together for a listening session on the proposed Street Maintenance Fee structure. This session is an opportunity for our business community to share perspectives directly with city staff.

Currently, street maintenance fees are listed on your utility billing invoice. It is currently based on the number of parking spots your business has. The city is examining other billing structures since parking is no longer required with new developments. Engineering firm Kittleson & Associates will provide an overview of the new Street Maintenance Fee code that will be proposed to City Council in early 2026.
